News and Shows

We are lining up a number of gigs for the summer.  Which is pretty exciting.  I'm definitely looking forward to playing lots, practising lots, and seeing you guys, or at least some of you, at our shows.  We're also in the final stages of getting the album done (finally) and getting some tshirts made.  As well we have some exciting news. 
We are pleased to announce that our friend Liza has taken on managerial duties.  We are still sorting out all the details but she is already responsible for lining up a couple of shows, and generally making sure we stay on task.  Something we A.D.D. brothers are quite unable to do. 
As well you can hear the new song "Nothing, (couldn't care less about me)" on purevolume. 

I hope you are as excited as I am about these developments, more is coming soon.

After the Show

Wow,
What a crazy week, what a crazy day.  I've decided my favorite part about being in this band is the people who come out to see us play.  You guys are literally the only reason we are still doing this.  I mean writing songs, getting plays on purevolume, these things are good, but they don't compare to playing in front of people.  I guess the coolest thing for me is just hanging out with people afterwards, today we grabbed dinner and drinks after our set at the Red Room on Spadina, it was sweet to hang out and chat.  Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to those who came out and we'll be out playing more shows soon.

10, 000 Plays

Wow,
Thank you so much.  We hit 10,000 plays today.  That is 10,000 times our songs have been listened to, and hopefully enjoyed.  We are pretty pumped about this. 
By the way, we are playing a show on Saturday.  You should probably come.

New song!

Hello Everybody, we've posted our first new song in about a year, but you won't find it at the usual places.

This song has been submitted to a battle of the bands, the prize being performing at Cornerstone Festival in Illinois, a massive Christian rock/alternative/metal festival. If you would go listen to our music, and then vote for us on the 15th we'd really appreciate it!

The song is called nothing, and is straight up rock/pop. I hope you enjoy it!

As our gift to you all the songs at purevolume are now available for download.  Merry Christmas!  As well we'll be letting you guys know when we figure out the cover art and how to print the new album.

Some quick updates.

I'm back in Toronto for the next three weeks which means we'll be working hard.  We plant to be finished the Album and artwork for a January/February release.

As of December 20th we're planning on giving you a christmas gift, it will be found on purevolume.

I have some ideas for a video for one of Rylan's awesome songs in the works.  Though maybe I should talk to him first before talking about it here...

The Album

So Rylan and I have been talking and we've almost decided on the title for the upcoming album.  As well, we're nearing the completion.  Over the summer we recorded most of it, but we need to do some final things.  When I return to Toronto for Christmas we'll be finishing it up.  As well I'm working on a design idea for the cover that's currently in the "sketch" phase in photoshop.  I'll post the idea here when it looks a little cooler.
